Parkour and Ninja Warrior Training are about overcoming obstacles. Not just physical obstacles, but mental and emotional obstacles as well.

 

Both Parkour and Ninja Warrior Training are powerful tools that can help people of all ages increase self-confidence, self-esteem, focus, body awareness, physical strength, balance, agility, and speed.

If you are a fan of Ninja Warrior, looking for a fun new workout, or just new to Ninja training in general, our Ninja Class is the one to get started with.

PARKOUR

Our Parkour Classes are a great way to increase agility, balance, strength, coordination, and body awareness. We offer beginner and advanced classes.

EVENTS

Birthday parties, team building activities, and private events are often held in our space. We warmly welcome groups of all sizes!

CAMP

Our week long Summer Camps help kids get out of the house, meet some new people, and (most of all) have FUN! Sessions are divided into age groups.

ONE-ON-ONE

We offer private, personalized training to take your skills to the next level! Choose from Parkour or Ninja Warrior lessons with one of our skilled instructors.

My kids just finished a week of camp at Dexterity Depot and I was highly impressed. The facility itself has everything any American Ninja Warrior fan would want. But more importantly, the coaching and teaching they got was wonderful.
