BRENNON DELLINGER
Coach
From the moment Brennon could walk he started climbing, showcasing his strength from a very young age. Brennon’s parents received regular calls from concerned Daycare providers when Brennon would often be found scaling the fences at just two. They decided he was built for gymnastics and enrolled him in a program when he turned four.
Brennon excelled in gymnastics, starting his competitive career at just five. Known for his upper body strength, he thrived in the sport and did especially well on rings and parallel bars. Unfortunately, Brennon’s gymnastics career was cut short when he moved to Maryland just two years later and there was no competitive Men’s gymnastics program near his new home. He decided to pick up lacrosse and has now been playing for over eight years and is a member of the Cumberland Valley H.S. Varsity Lacrosse Team.
Everything changed in 2020, when Brennon and his family moved to PA and the pandemic shut down schools and sports across the state. While this initially proved to be very difficult for someone as extroverted as Brennon, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
Brennon and his younger sister were determined to find both new friends and a sport, and soon found Dexterity Depot was the answer to exactly what they were looking for. Only a few months after starting Ninja and Parkour classes, he tried out and made the Ninja Team. Over the years he has built long lasting friendships with his Teammates and enjoys spending time with them outside the gym as well.
Brennon joined our coaching staff in 2024, bringing his infectious energy and enthusiasm to every class. He is excited to continue growing as a coach and working with all our various classes and Ninja Team.
