Coach
Growing up Elias was very athletic, playing soccer and flag football. But as he grew older, he began to not enjoy playing soccer or flag football anymore. Hence, leaving him with no sport to enjoy. It was around this time that Elias first discovered the shows Ultimate Beast Master and American Ninja Warrior and became interested in Obstacle Courses and Parkour. Elias always enjoyed climbing things, and thought that these new sports he had discovered might allow him to channel his love for climbing in a constructive way.
In 2021, Elias visited Dexterity Depot for the first time to attend a class with one of his friends. Elias enjoyed the class so much that he decided to try out a summer camp. Elias loved summer camp at The Depot and instantly wanted to come back for more. This started Elias’s Ninja/Parkour journey, which would quickly turn into his greatest passion.
From the first time Elias attended classes and summer camp at The Depot, it was very evident that he was a natural for Ninja and Parkour. His skills progressed quickly and his abilities impressed our coaches. After some encouragement from his coaches, Elias decided to try out for our Ninja Team. With his natural athletic ability and his desire to get stronger, Elias stood out during Ninja Team Tryouts and made the Dexterity Ninja Team with ease. Elias began coming to the gym as much as he could. He continued progressing and working hard. Elias has now become one of the strongest and most skilled Ninjas at The Depot!
In addition to his Ninja talents, Elias has also become very skilled at World Chase Tag as well. His interest in WCT began when The Depot first installed the Quad. He has now become obsessed with WCT, and even enjoys it as much as, if not more than Ninja. Elias has competed alongside pro WCT athletes at various competitions. He is also a founding member of The Second State Squonks, a professional Chase Tag team.
With Elias being as talented as he is, it’s no wonder that he was offered a coaching position at The Depot. Elias brings enthusiasm, positivity, silliness, and real passion into his coaching role. Elias believes in creating a fun, challenging environment where every athlete can grow and succeed. Elias is able to share his love and knowledge for Ninja and WCT with his students, and his passion is infectious. Outside The Depot, Elias enjoys tennis, table tennis, playing drums, songwriting, and spending time with family and friends. He is excited to be part of the Dexterity Depot team and feels blessed to help others discover the same joy and challenge that shaped his own journey.
