MICHELE DELLINGER
Office Manager & Coach
Michele brings over 20 years of athletic coaching experience to Dexterity Depot, holding several professional certifications in Men’s and Women’s Gymnastics Competitive Artistic Program. She has coached in gyms across the country and served as the Head Coach for the American International team in Japan from 2004-2008.
Michele’s love for gymnastics started at an early age when her parents enrolled her in the sport so she could “burn off” excess energy when she was four. She excelled quickly, becoming exceptionally skilled in the vault and uneven bars events.
Due to several injuries sustained during training, her competitive years ended earlier than she desired but led to an early career in coaching. She rose rapidly in the coaching world, being highly regarded for skills in coaching bars and vault for men’s and women’s gymnastics. She retired from coaching gymnastics in 2016, moving on to her career as an Ecologist.
Michele and her family relocated to PA in 2020 and became a part of the Dexterity family when her two youngest children started taking Ninja and Parkour classes and subsequently became members of The Dexterity Ninja Team in 2021. Over time, Michele’s love for the sport of Ninja, Parkour, and the Team grew. She found herself volunteering for The Depot frequently and officially joined our staff in 2024. Michele loves interacting with our members and is excited to be assisting with coaching Ninja and Parkour classes!
Michele hails from New Orleans, Louisiana, and holds degrees in Geology and Ecotoxicology. She proudly served in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve and former paramedic. She works during the day as an Ecologist, focusing on enhancing wildlife habitat along electric transmission corridors for threatened and endangered species.
